Class 4 had the most amazing time yesterday visiting Shrewsbury Prison as part of our crime and punishment history topic. While we were there we had the opportunity to look around the prison and experience what modern punishment is like. We were also thrown back in time by our very knowledgeable tour

Class 4 have been very excited about their history unit, Crime and Punishment. So far we have been examining what crime and punishment is and what this looked like during Roman Britain. We looked at various different crimes and the punishments that went along side them, we then created Roman curse tablets
