Y6 Edgehill University

On the last day of term Y6 had the amazing opportunity to go and visit Edgehill University for an aspirational day. During our time at the university we went on a campus tour to see everything that the university had to offer, many of the boys were amazed at their sporting facilities imparticularly the 9 different football pitches available. We undertook various workshops, one being in the media department. While we were there, we explored a music studio and imagined being a music producer before we went through to the full size television set that they have, we practised trying to deliver the weather using a green screen and being behind the cameras having to ensure we got the correct camera angles that the producer was asking for. In the afternoon we went onto do a art workshop where we created star gazers based on the artist Yayoi Kusama. Great fun was had by all.
