Class 1 are enjoying their first afternoon out and about the school grounds exploring the world around them. Today they have to find a stick about 10cm length and 1cm wide to make their 'Where we live' journal. In their journal they will record what they can see and make a map discussing how maps help us. What fantastic learning on a cold but beautiful sunny day!
