Wishing you all a good break this Easter time. Thank you to all the staff, governors, parents and children who have worked hard this half term to create special moments in and out of school.
It was a pleasure to listen to the children read, sing and take part in the Easter Service this Tuesday afternoon at St. John's Doddington.
I have selected one of the prayers about Friendship on which the service was based to wish you a Happy Easter with your friends and family.
Dear Father,
Thank you for our friends who inspire us,
Thank you that we are all different.
Our friends help us, they trust us, they encourage us,
They are always there for us even through the harder times of our lives.
Forgive us for our arguments and help us to remember Jesus our loyal friend forever.
In the name of God the Father,
God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
